Do I need an existing community to book a Power Grid Session?
No. The Power Grid Session is designed for both people starting from scratch and those with an existing community that needs restructuring. A Power Grid Session is required before any build package can begin. We do not start a build without first speaking with every client to ensure we have a clear, shared vision for the community.
What's the difference between Source, Current, and Surge?
Source is the foundation — structure, roles, and basic onboarding. Current adds engagement systems, member journey mapping, and automation. Surge is the full infrastructure build including lifecycle workflows, moderation SOPs, and two strategy sessions. Each tier includes everything from the tier before it.
How long does a build take?
Turnaround times vary by platform complexity — 3 to 14 business days depending on the tier and platform. All timelines begin from the date full platform access and all required assets are received — not the purchase date. No work begins until everything needed is in place.
Is the Power Grid Session refundable?
No. All Power Grid Sessions are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours notice. Any additional reschedules beyond that are subject to a $27 Rebooking Fee. Sessions are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
What do I need to provide before the build starts?
At minimum: admin or owner access to your community platform, branding assets (logo, colors), and any course or product content if applicable. A full prerequisite checklist is provided after booking. No work begins until all items on the checklist are received.
What happens if I cancel a project after work has started?
If a project is canceled after work has commenced, 90% of the remaining unpaid balance is immediately due. Work is considered commenced upon receipt of the deposit and platform access. This is outlined in the project contract signed before work begins.
How long do I have to apply my Power Grid Session toward a build package?
You have 24 hours from the time the Written Action Plan is sent to book a build package and apply your session toward the investment. This window exists so you have a written reference before making any decisions.
Do you offer ongoing community management?
Yes. Monthly maintenance retainers and à la carte services — including moderation, engagement post scheduling, and platform health audits — are available after your build is complete. Ask about options at your Power Grid Session or during your build handoff.
